The Zwash waterless car wash is a thorough exterior cleaning of your car using only eco-friendly cleaning products, micro-fiber cloths, and a soft brush for the tires & wheels.  Our unique blend of plant-based surfactants break down surface grime, while polymers leave your surface smooth and protected.  Since there is no water, your car is left dry and shiny with nothing on the ground.  Learn more about our wash here.

[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title="Why wash my car every week?"]

City air is tough on your car's paint.  Even when your car looks clean, smog, road chemicals, salty ocean air and other debris are slowly building up.  Washing your car regularly prevents this build-up and allows for the process to be quick and affordable.  That's why we recommend a weekly wash.  But if you have a garage and don't drive often you may still need less frequent washes.  That's why we also offer a bi-weekly option just for you.

[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title="Will a waterless car wash scratch my car?"]

Nope, you're ride is safe. Yay!  In short here's why.  A waterless wash is much like a soap and water wash.  In both cases it's the elbow grease that actually gets the thin film of dirt and grime off the car, not the water.  Water only washes the already loose particles away into the environment.  Maybe you've tried to wash you car in one of the do-it-yourself wash bays with the high pressure wand.  If so you've no doubt encountered the stubborn dirty film that just won't wash off no matter how hard you spray it.  It's the wipe that does the work.

When two surfaces come in contact there is always the potential for a scratch to occur.  However, our cleaning products are much more effective than soap at lifting and encapsulating dirt so that it can be absorbed into our soft microfiber cloths.  That plus a skillful technique leaves you with a great car wash.  Learn more about our wash here.

Great question.  Maybe... but, probably not.  Check out some pictures of pretty dirty cars and our explanations for how Zwash can be a win in our article here.

[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title="How do I sign up?"]

Easy! Just click the Sign-up link in the menu and give us your information.  You'll get confirmation that you're a new member and within just a few days you'll be driving a shiny clean car!

[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title="What about tires & wheels?"]

Why certainly we clean the wheels and tires and even give the tires a shine.  Many cars today require a rim cleaner that is strong enough to remove brake dust, yet won't damage delicate surfaces.  Our wheel cleaner is safe for aluminum, alloy, chrome and more.  We spray it on, give it a soft brush, then wipe away.

[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title="Do you clean the interior?"]

Not at this time.  The nature of our unattended cleaning service means that we won't have access to the interior of your car.  But don't worry.  We've got good news.

Since the interior is rarely exposed directly to the elements, as you'd guess occupants are the biggest source of messes inside the car. Luckily we have found that drivers with a clean car on the outside generally take more steps to maintain a clean car on the inside.  This doesn't mean that your car's interior won't need an occasional super cleaning, so check our resources page for some great options.

[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title="How do you find my car?"]

We use the private profile information you provide to us when you sign up.  We use your address and the general parking area you describe to us to look for your car.  In addition, we consider the availability times you have identified so that we know when we might find you.

Sounds like a lot of logistics right?  Well, it is.  But we manage that by getting to know you and your neighborhood.  We usually have other cars near you that we also care for.  So we work to make our trips efficient and effective.

If you'd like to see how the vehicle profile works check out our help page here.

[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title="Do you have a truck? Where do you park?"]

We ride bikes!  In keeping with our eco-friendly ethos we travel on bikes.  We only need a small amount of equipment to service your car and we don't have to worry about parking.  Pretty sweet, huh?

[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title="What if it rains?"]

Well, that's why you signed up in the first place!  We unfortunately can't wash your car while it is raining (although it might be fun.)  We will get to you as soon as we can and get you back in to happy shiny car mode.

Also, don't forget that we also use a wax when we clean your car (either once a month or as part of the weekly wash).  This means you can watch the rain roll right off.

[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title="What if I'm away or you can't find my car?"]

You'll get a credit.  Nice.  It's true that there may be a week when we cannot for good reason clean your car.   If you have not already put your membership on hold, then we will credit you for the wash(s) you miss.  No problem.
